Float me is a scam

After repaying my loan. Float still says I havent paid the loan off. I have bank statements to prove that I paid. Also proof that float did not deposit another loan after I paid off my previous loan. Its ridiculous how pathetic this app is. Ive paid more In subscription and fees than Ive been loaned and now theyre trying to say I took another loan that I didnt take.

I have tried all my email accounts and apparently keep getting the same message. The message tells me there is no email associated with this account. Your system is all messed up and I am being charged because you won't let me cancel my membership this app is a scam!!!I want my membership canceled!!! and my money back!!!

I was billed multiple times for service I never used from this company I want a refund.Be aware! It's hard reaching out to customer service for this issue because I don't have access to the account. They will have to update my email address so I can login and get this matter resolved.
